The legendary Paramount Hotel near Times Square in New York City has been a modern attraction since its refit at the very beginning of the boutique hotel phenomenon. Now ready for renewal, the property’s branding, street presence and public areas were reconceived by Matthew Rolston Creative, Inc. in collaboration with Incorporated Architecture & Design, a New York-based architectural practice. Intended to telegraph the over-the-top glamour of Broadway, this highly theatrical approach reflects the vibrant and unique quality of the area.
